Great mobile UX design and clear documentation results in a successful app. It needs to state the app\u2019s purpose, be focused and outline specific user interactions as well as how each screen connects to app\u2019s larger vision.<\/p>\n

In case of most projects, custom templates are used in building a mobile UX schema and user flows in a quick manner. These key documents are useful in describing the mobile UX design architecture before detailed wireframe prototypes are built.<\/p>\n

When you have a template as a starting point, it helps any mobile UX designer in visualizing the app and iterate on ideas on a quick and easier manner. This saves a lot of time leading to a refined product for the upcoming mobile app project. <\/p>\n

Putting a mobile UX template into practice<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to the schema and user flow documents are built, plenty of research is required to be done. Mostly the clients are taken all the way through a strategy and product definition phase where, amongst various exercises, the user scenarios are mapped. <\/p>\n

A mobile schema, groups every screen in the app by content category. It\u2019s more like a sitemap. Micro-wireframes have been designed with blocks of content representing screen hierarchy while with it defining relationships between screens become easier. Connector lines link the screens in order to highlight user interactions.<\/p>\n

2. User Flow<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the path that\u2019s taken by your target user through an app and mainly it aligns with a business objective. There are several user flows with each app and these integrate the same micro-wireframes with limited visual detail from the scheme document. Incorporating user scenarios, a user flow also helps in illustrating the smoothest passage for the user so that the goal can be attained. <\/p>\n

3. Role of Symbols:<\/strong><\/p>\n
