Quite often it\u2019s assumed that flexi means the freedom to work on your own time, <\/p>\n
but it\u2019s that really so? After all the fact can\u2019t be ignored that \u2018always on<\/strong>\u2019 availability also results in you doing work at odd hours, which certainly a \u201cnot-so-good-feel\u201d as it interferes with your free time.
